Welcome to New Pallyards Serviced & Self Catering Accommodation. We are located approximately 12 miles North East of Carlisle. An ideal location for visiting Hadrians Wall, The Lake District, Kielder Forest, Carlisle, Gretna Green and the Scottish Borders.

New Pallyards is a small farm of 65 acres set in the idyllic countryside of the North East of Cumbria. The accommodation comprises a converted farmhouse and self catering cottages.

Local Amenities & Activities

The large woodland beside the farm has a number of individual walks and is very popular with our regular visitors. We are also very close to:

  • Swimming Pool
  • Fishing
  • Horse Riding (usually available on the Farm)
In addition to the best breakfast in Britain (Salon Culinaire Award), home cooked meals are also available for both our Farmhouse and Self Catering guests. (Sample Menu). We also have a residential license to serve alcholic beverage on the premises.
