There is a large lounge/dining room with an open fire and central heating, colour TV, well equipped spacious modern kitchen with dishwasher, split level cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, utility room with automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, linen and heating provided (electricity metered).

Brook Cottage (2 BEDROOMS)

A tasteful barn conversion incorporating lounge and dining room, colour TV, well equipped kitchen with washing machine, cooker, microwave etc... Two bedrooms (Family rooms has two single beds with one double and the single room has single bunk beds). Shower room with basin and WC. Heating and linen provided (electricity metered).

Well equipped lounge, electric fire, colour TV, modern kitchen (cooker, fridge, microwave etc...) and dining area. First floor family bedroom with shower and WC. Ground floor twin bedroom with en-suite shower and WC (suitable for elderly or less able). Heating included by storage heaters, linen provided as well as access to laundry facilities.(electricity metered).

Country Apartment (1 BEDROOM)

A pleasant ground floor self contained flat, ideal for couples or less abled, comprising open plan lounge/dining room, well equipped kitchen (including microwave). Spacious family bedroom, shower room (with basin and WC), oil heating and linen provided. (electricity metered).

Ald Pallyards (2 BEDROOMS)

A newly built cottage with luxurious decor and furnishings. Two bedrooms, one with Four Poster bed. Ideal for Gretna Green newlyweds. Two bathrooms, one with shower the other with corner bath.
